摘 要:研究了空心微珠、纳米碳酸钙、碱式硫酸镁晶须和硫酸钡四种无机填料对PP的模塑收缩率的影响,通过与POE复配来改善PP的模塑收缩率,并考察了PP复合材料的力学性能。结果表明,无机填料与POE复配使用,可以明显降低PP的模塑收缩率,纳米碳酸钙、碱式硫酸镁晶须和POE复配效果最佳,模塑收缩率小于0.6%。The effects of glass microballon, nano-meter calcium carbonate, basic magnesium sulfate whisker and barium sulfate on the mould shrinkage ratio of PP were studied. The mould shrinkage ratio of PP was improved by the addition of the compounds of the above inorganic fillers with POE, and the mechanical properties of the PP compounds were studied. The results showed that the addition of the compounds of inorganic fillers with POE could decrease the molding shrinkage ratio of PP significantly, and the synergistic effects of the compounding of nano-meter calcium carbonate and alkaline magnesium sulfate with POE were the best, resulted in optimum shrinkage ratio of 0.6%.
