绝经后妇女骨质疏松症治疗方法的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨治疗绝经后妇女骨质疏松症的一种最佳方法。方法对161例绝经后妇女患骨质疏松症的患者进行艾本、考克和雷洛昔芬联合治疗一周，观察其骨痛缓解情况及骨密度改善情况。结果骨痛缓解率达99．4％。骨密度于6个月时有效率达98．8％。治疗前骨密度为0．4669±0．04，治疗后6个月时为0．7649±0．06，两者有显著差异（P〈0．01）。结论艾本、考克、雷洛昔芬三药联合应用治疗绝经后妇女骨质疏松症是一种用药时间短、维持时间长、效果可靠的一种方法。Objective Discussing one kind of the best approach curing menopause queen woman osteoporosis＇s. Method The density carrying out ＂Sodium Inbandronate Injection＂ ,＂ Salman Calcitonin Injectionand＂ and ＂Raloxifene Hydrochloride Tablets＂ on 161 example menopauses queens woman trouble osteoporosis patient allying self with the laxation condition and bone curing , observing ostalgia improves condition. Result Ostalgia laxation rate 99.4%, has efficiency time bone density 6 months 98.8%, cures front and back difference having notable （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion That ＂Sodium Inbandronate Injection＂, ＂Salman Calcitonin Injectionand＂ and ＂ Raloxifene Hydrochloride Tablets＂ three medicine unity applies the osteoporosis curing the menopause queen woman is reliable one kind of method of one kind of strong point , effect using medicine time shortly , maintaining time.
