摘　　要：目的总结急性心肌梗死（AMI）溶栓治疗中有关护理问题的处理质量是直接影响到溶栓治疗的成败。方法针对AMI溶栓治疗中出现的心理障碍问题、反复多次抽血等问题进行分析并提出相应的护理对策。结果21例AMI患者进行（尿激酶）溶栓治疗均成功，无护理并发症发生，平均住院28天康复出院。结论AMI溶栓治疗中的护理质量是保证溶栓治疗成功的重要因素。Objective To sammarize the problems existing in thrombolytic therapy of acute myocardial infarction （ AMI ）, and discuss whether nursing behavior would contribute to the success of thrombolytic therapy. Method To analyse the problems such as psychologic obstacle and hemospasia for many times existing in thrombolytic therapyb of AMI, and preper some nursing strategy, Result Thrombolytic therapy to 21 cases of AMI were all successful without nursing comphication. All patients rehabiled and discharged after 28 days. Conclusion Nursing behavior is one of the important factors contributing to the successful thrombolytic therapy of AMI,
