摘  要:对油棕空果串(EFB)进行爆破制浆,研究了EFB的成浆质量,并探讨其抄造性能。实验结果表明,油棕EFB采用爆破法制浆及抄造高强度瓦楞原纸是可行的。其爆破制浆较优的工艺为:爆破因子3.68、NaOH用量为3%、Ca(OH)2用量为5%,Na2SO3用量为2%。用该工艺制得的油棕EFB爆破浆经磨浆后抄造的瓦楞原纸,裂断长4.26km,环压指数7.4N.m/g,耐破指数为2.63kPa.m2/g,撕裂指数为4.44mN.m2/g。采用70%油棕EFB爆破浆和30%AOCC浆配抄的瓦楞原纸,其性能可达到国家瓦楞原纸A级标准。The explosion pulping of empty fruit bundle (EFB) of oil palm was studied in this paper. The effects of the chemicals and the explosion factor on the properties of EFB explosion pulp were investigated. The results indicated that the EFB explosion pulp can be used for high performance corrugating medium. The optimal pulping conditions are: IgR0 = 3.68, NaOH 3%, Ca(OH)2 5%, Na2SO3 2%. The properties of the corrugating medium with 100% EFB explosion pulp are: breaking length 4. 26km, ring crush index 7.4N ·m/g, burst index 2.63kPa·m^2/g, tear index 4, 44mN·m^2/g. And the product containing 70% EFB explosion pulp and 30% AOCC pulp can attain national standard "A" level.
