摘　　要：讨论了长网成形存在的问题及增加顶网成形器的必要性,介绍了Roll Former顶网成形器的结构、作用机理及性能特点,并以河南新亚纸业集团股份有限公司2640/600纸机生产情况为例,说明了Roll Former顶网成形器良好的使用效果。The problem of forming by existing fourdrinier and the necessity of rebuilding fourdrinier by adding a top former were discussed. The paper also introduced the structure, mechanism and charateristic of the roll type top former without drive. Finally, the good application result of roll type top former in a 2640/600 paper machine of Heiaan Xinxiang Xinya Paper Group was reported.
