茶纸板厂白水处理循环回用实现废水零排放

摘　　要：在以废纸箱为原料的茶纸板厂建设了以生物处理为核心的白水循环处理系统,结合合理的工艺设计和水的多级循环回用,以实现废水的零排放。实践表明,随着废水中有机物质的积累,总体上厌氧和好氧生物处理的能力逐步增强,且两者具有很好的互补性。白水经过处理后,水质可以满足回用的要求,不影响成纸质量。实现水循环回用后,吨纸平均用水量大大降低,吨纸所需的废纸节约0.12t,降低了生产成本。The water recycling system based on biotechnologyical treatment has been built in a recycled paperboard mill, the mill has achieved zero effluent discharge successfully thanks to the process design and cascade use of the water. The results show that the treatment ability of anaerobic and aerobic treatment system increases with the organic material accumulation in the closed water system, and the anaerobic and aerobic treatment systems are well complementary. The treated water can be reused without any harmful effect on the paperboard quality. Water intake decreases from 90^-110m^3/t to 1.6 m^3/t after implementing zero effluent discharge, and it also saves 0.12 ton waste paper raw material when making one ton product,which evidently decreases the manufacture cost.
