摘 要:在增粘剂TKM-M和RF-90的作用下,采用密炼工艺,使短纤维无需经过预处理,直接加入轮胎胶料中制备短纤维-橡胶复合材料(SFRC);分析了增粘剂用量对SFRC力学性能的影响,得出了增粘剂的最适用量;观察了SFRC拉伸断面扫描电镜图,并提出了界面粘合机理。结果表明,增粘剂TKM-M和RF-90的加入,起到了较好的界面粘合效果,简化了SFRC的生产工艺过程。With the application of compatibilizer TKM-or RF-90 in a closed mixer, the short fiber without pretreating and tyre tread were made into composites. The effects of the amount of the compatibilizer on the mechanic properties were studied, and the optimum amount of compatibilizers was attained. The SEM photos of tensile fracture surface of the composites were analyzed. At last, the in- terface adhesive mechanism was put forward. The above results indicated that the interface adhesive performance was preferable, at the same time the production technology of composites was simplified.
