摘 要:采用动态硫化技术制备了纳米二氧化硅(SiO2)增强天然橡胶/低密度聚乙烯(NR/LDPE)共混型热塑性弹性体。研究了纳米SiO2对NR/LDPE弹性体力学性能、耐溶剂性能、耐热变形性能和热塑性能的影响,并对弹性体的断面形貌进行了SEM分析。结果表明:纳米SiO2通过细化交联NR分散相,使NR与LDPE两相的相容性改善,两相界面粘结强度提高;当纳米SiO2质量分数为0.03时,NR/LDPE弹性体的力学性能最好,并且具有较好的耐溶剂性、耐热变形性能和热塑性能。Dynamic vulcanized nano-silica reinforced NR/ LDPE blended thermoplastic elastomer (NR/LDPE TPV) was prepared. The effect of nano-silica was investigated by analyzing the mechanical properties, resistance to solvent, resistance to thermal distortion and thermoplastic of TPV. The morphology structure of the tensile section of TPV was analyzed by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). The results showed that the compatibility and interracial interaction between NR and LDPE was increased greatly by nano-silica thinned cross-linking NR dispersive phase. When the mass ratio of nano-silica was 0.03, NR/ LDPE TPV had the best mechanical properties, the resistance to thermal distortion, resistance to solvent and the thermoplastic was fairly good.
