摘 要:在定西试验站对6个啤酒大麦品种的抗旱生理指标及其与产量的关系进行了研究,结果表明:高产啤酒大麦品种下部叶片具有较高的光合速率(Pn),同时体内可溶性糖含量在生育后期的变化不明显,而游离脯氨酸(Pro)含量则较高.啤酒大麦品种9303、甘啤4号成穗率高(67.4%7、6.6%),产量高(4 365.818、4 191.486 kg/hm2),表现出较强的适应性.相关分析结果表明,可溶性糖含量及光合速率与籽粒产量关系密切.Physiological indexes relative to dry resistance and main yield characters of 6 cultivars of beer barley were studied in the Dingxi Experimental Station,Gansu Province. The results showed that photosynthetic rate(Pn) of second leaves of the high yield cultivars of beer barley were higher than others, there was no significant change in the soluble sugar contents of plants in later growth period and free proline(pro)contents were higher. Among the tested cultivars of beer barley,the cultivars 9303 and Ganpi 4 had better yield characters in higher spike rate (67. 4 % and 76. 6 % respectively) and higher yield (4 048. 993 and 4 365. 818 kg/hm^2 respectively) than others, displaying drought adapability to local growth environment. According to correlation analysis,both soluble sugar content and Pn were closely relative to the grain yield of beer barley.
