摘　　要：目的提高咯血有窒息危险患者的护理效果。方法近5年来我院结核科住院大咯血患者127例，应用护理程序进行护理，通过对患者相关因素进行全面的评估和分析，制定出相应的护理目标和计划，并严格按要求执行。结果127例患者严格按护理程序护理，除2例窒息死亡外，余未发生窒息。结论对于咯血有窒息危险的患者采用护理程序进行护理，可有效地预防窒息的发生，值得在临床工作中推广。Objective Improving the nursing effect to the patients in the danger of hemotysis asphyxia. Methods The nurse procedure was applied to the 127 cases of the residentant patients in danger of hemotysis asphyxia in the department of tuberculosis in nursing work. The relative factors of the patients are analyzed and evaluated, and worked out the corresponding objects and plans, then performed strictly. Results According to the respective nurse procedure, only 2 of 127 cases were dead because of henotysis asphyxia. Conclusion The application of nurse procedure efficiently prevent the patients in the danger of hemotysis asphyxia, and it is worth using and spreading in clinical work.
