摘　　要：介绍了利用南京沁恒电子有限公司的一款USB通用接口芯片CH375A实现单片机对U盘的读写。对芯片CH375A的特点、系统的硬件和软件设计作了比较详细的介绍,并给出了利用MCS-51单片机实现的应用电路。This paper introduced how to read and write USB flash disk with MCU by using the CH375A, Which is a USB interface chip produced by NanJing QinHeng Electronics Co., Ltd. The characteristic of CH375A and the system痴 hardware and software were introduced in detail. It also provided the application circuit which was realized with MCS-51.To read and write the USB flash disk by using CH375A is a simple method, Its costs is more low and it has greater promotional value in embedded control systems.
