摘　　要：分析日本高速铁路的发展现状、投资规模、资金来源渠道、投融资管理机构,认为日本高速铁路的投融资政策要求政府在新干线建设中起主导作用,同时制定新干线建设的配套政策。the article analyzes the current development situation, investment scale, financing resources and financing management institutions of HSR in Japan, believing that the investment and financing policies for HSR including the construction of Shinkansen by the government and auxiliary policies concerning the construction has played an leading role.
