摘　　要：首先介绍CMMI的概念,从模型结构上阐明了CMMI的连续表示和阶段表示。分析了我国小型软件企业的特点,然后基于一个典型企业CMMI改进过程模型,对小型软件企业如何高效地实施CMMI的相关问题进行深入的探讨。This Paper introduces Capability Maturity Model Integration （CMMI） concepts. Its continuous representation and staged representation are clarified in the model structure. After analysing the character of the small software enterprise in China,based on an improved model about CMMI in a typical enterprise, a correlate problem about how to actualize effectly CMMI in the small software enterprise has been discussed profoundly.
