摘 要:提出机械系统运动方案的模糊距离测度评价方法。以轻工业服装机械为背景,首先确立因素集,并依据工作性能、动力性能及结构工艺性层次建立了因素关系树,基于方案的各组成基本变换单元提出评价标准,分别构建性能指标及权重的模糊术语,并用三角模糊数表示。建立评价因素及权重的标准隶属度函数。依据因素关系树,针对设计方案的多单元组成,建立多专家参与下,考虑多因素多层次的三级模糊综合评价模型。在此基础上建立了基于距离测度的模糊数排序模型,并提出整个综合评价过程的实现算法。最后,该方法的有效性通过算例得到验证。A new evaluation method to kinematic scheme of mechanical system is presented by means of a fuzzy distance measure. Taking the garment machinery in light industry as an example, the factor sets restricted in the conceptual design are established, and the hierarchy relationship among them is set up in terms of usability, dynamic performance as well as manufacturability. And then the evaluation criterion is proposed for all basic mechanical units. The ratings of various alternatives and their importance weights under different criteria are described in linguistic terms which are represented by the triangnlar fuzzy numbers. Secondly, the standard membership function is set up for the evaluate factors and their importance weights. Based on the factor hierarchy relationship, a three-grade fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is set up for solving the problem, which characters multi-factors, multi-hierarchy features, multi-experts involving as well as various units composing. The concept of fuzzy distance measure is introduced to decide the final ranking of alternatives. Therefore, a comprehensive evaluation algorithm is proposed. Finally, an example is carried out to demonstrate the validation of the new method.
