摘　　要：目前,中国城市居住社区空间建设处于复杂的背景环境中,且由于长期以来人们对居住空间片面、狭隘的理解,形成的一套实践模式也产生羁绊。在此情况下,社区空间营造应以土地使用为基础,以居住与休憩为核心,以自然生态与历史人文环境保护为前提,以建筑形态及其组合的引导与管理为内容,以环境设施与建筑小品为对象进行各方面规划。With a complex background, China＇s residence community space construction has developed a set of barriers because of partial and limited understanding of residence space in the long time practice. Under the circumstance, community space construction shall be conducted with land use as the foundation, dwelling and recreation as the centre, natural and humanistic environment conservation as a prerequisite, architecture form and its combination as the content, and landscaping facilities as the objects.
