摘　　要：目的:观察含黄芪腹透液对高腹膜转运CAPD患者腹膜超滤功能的影响。方法:高腹膜转运CAPD患者34例,治疗组(含黄芪腹透液)与对照组(市售腹透液)各17例,观察治疗后透析超滤量(UF)、腹膜溶质转运性能(D/P Cr、D/P urea、MTAC urea、MTAC Cr)及葡萄糖吸收率的变化。结果:治疗组治疗后第1透析周期超滤量和24h总超滤量明显增加,治疗观察期高糖透析液使用量减少,葡萄糖吸收率有降低趋势,并能一定程度地提高腹膜对溶质的转运,总有效率76.5%,优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腹透液中加入黄芪注射液可有效地提高透析超滤量,对高腹膜转运CAPD患者腹膜的超滤功能具有较好的保护作用。Objective：To investigate effects of astragalus on peritoneal dialysis ultrafiltration in hyper- transport continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis （CAPD） patients. Methods：34 cases of hyper- transport CAPD patients, including 17 cases of treatment group（with astragalus in peritoneal dialysis fluid） and 17 cases of control group（no astragalus addition）, are analyzed by multi - center comparative trail method to investigate the ultrafiltration（UF） amount, parameters of transport of solute by peritoneal（D/ P urea,D/P Cr, MTAC urea, MTAC Cr） and the absorption of glucose after treatment. Results-After using astragalus in peritoneal dialysis fluid , the amount of 4 - hour ultrafiltration and the total amount of 24 - hours ultrafiltration significantly increase, the amount of high - concentration glucose dialysis fluid under treatment stage decreases, the absorption of glucose has a decreasing trend, and the transport of solute by peritoneal increases in a certain extant. The total effective rate of treatment group is 76.5%, excels the control group（ P ~ 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The addition of astragalus into peritoneal dialysis fluid effectively increases the amount of ultrafiltration, and is in favor of protecting the peritoneal ultrafiltration in hyper-transport CAPD patients.
