摘  要:目的:本研究应用固体分散技术制备丹参酮ⅡA固体共融物并考察其在生理盐水中的溶解特性。方法:将丹参酮ⅡA分散于熔融的聚乙二醇6000中,制备成丹参酮ⅡA-聚乙二醇6000固体共融物。用透射电镜观察其溶解特性,用差示扫描热量仪测量该固体共融物的熔点。结果:应用固体分散技术可将结晶状态的丹参酮ⅡA分散成纳米级微粒并形成低熔点固体共熔物,溶解在生理盐水中能够形成胶体并趋向于平衡状态。结论:应用固体分散技术,以聚乙二醇6000为固体溶液,可将丹参酮ⅡA迅速分散成纳米级微粒并能够溶解于生理盐水形成胶体制剂。Objective: To investigate the dissolution of crystalloid Tanshinon Ⅱ A (TanlIA)in a solid menstruum by solid dispersion and its behavior of dissolution in saline. Methods:TanlIA was melted in thawing polyethylene glycol (PEG) 6000 to form an eutectic of TanIIA and PEG 6000. This eutectic was dissolved in saline in different dilution as preparations for TEM observation. The melting point of this eutectic was measured by differential scanning calorimetry. Results: The crystalloid TanIIA can be rapidly dissolved into eutectic with the size of nanometer and low melting point at 59.8℃. The preparations of colloidal TanllA formed after this eutectic was dissolved in different dilutions in saline. The size of colloidal particles of these preparations was about 50 nm - 100 nm. Conclusion: Using the technique of solid dispersion, the crystalloid TanIIA can be dispersed into the thawing PEG 6000 as a low melting point eutectic. The colloidal preparations containing fine granules of nanometer scale can be obtained rapidly after this eutectic was dissolved in saline of different dilution.
