摘  要:结合将在实际工程中应用的SAC13级配的设计过程对VCADRF和VCAAC矿料级配检验方法进行了具体介绍。其基本原理为:矿料级配中粗集料形成的孔隙率由细集料、填料、沥青和预定孔隙率填充。文中选定的初试级配经VCADRF方法初步检验确定为骨架密实结构,进而用VCAAC方法对压实成型试件进行最终检验,结果发现:该初试级配压实成型试件孔隙率较大,需要根据VCAAC方法进行调整才能满足骨架密实结构要求。文中实例说明该检验方法简便、灵活,且调整后设计级配的高温稳定性、水稳定性、抗滑性能以及抗水渗透性能均很好。The test methods of VCADRF and VCAAC were introduced in the light of the application of gradation design for SAC13 in an actual project. The basic principle is the VCA formed by the coarse aggregate is filled with the fine aggregate, the filling,the asphalt and the preconcerted void content. In the paper the selected tentative gradation was tested with the VCADRF method and the results showed it met the requirement of the close skeleton-dense structure. Then the VCAAC method was applied to test the compacted specimen. The results indicate that the void content of the compacted specimen of this gradation is too high, having need of adjustment according to the VCAAC method to satisfy the requirement of close skeleton-dense structure. The demonstrated example proved the convenience and the flexibility of the above-mentioned test method,and the adjusted design gradation was characterized by the good high-temperature stability, water resistance, skid-resisting capability and water impermeability.
