摘　　要：【目的】探讨TOPSIS方法在军队人员卫生服务需要与利用量评价中的应用效果。【方法】采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样法调查了军队人员共17295人,应用TOPSIS法对陆、海、空军队人员卫生服务需要与利用量指标进行综合评价。【结果】军队人员卫生服务需要与利用量海军最高,陆军居中,空军最低。【结论】TOP-SIS法应用于评价军队人员卫生服务需要与利用量方法简便、结果真实可靠,适宜推广应用。[Objective] To study the application of Topsis method in the evaluation of health services meeds and utilization in military members. [Methods] Multistage stratified cluster random sampling was conducted and a total of 17 295 military Members . Application of Topsis method in the evaluation of health services needs and utilization in armies , navies and air forces. [Results] Navies were the highest in health services meeds and utilization, armies were higher, air forces were the lowest. [Conclusions] Application of Topsis method in the evaluation of health services needs and utilization in military members was easy and convenient . The results were reliable and validity.
