摘　　要：【目的】探讨血浆脑钠素(BNP)测定对心力衰竭(heart failure,HF)的诊断价值。【方法】收集100例心衰患者及100例无器质性心脏病患者血浆,采用化学发光法测定其BNP含量。【结果】HF患者血浆BNP含量明显高于无器质性心脏病患者组。【结论】BNP可做为HF的首选检查之一,是诊断心衰的一项重要指标,有广泛的应用价值。[Objective] To evaluate the clinical diagnostic value of plasma BNP concentration in patients with heart failure. [Methods] Plasma of 100 patients with heart failure and other 100 patients with no heart disease were collected and the concentration of BNP was determined by chemoluminescence method. [Results] The concentration of BNP in patients with heart failure has an obviously higher level than patients with no heart disease. [Conclusions] BNP will become one of the first examinations to the patients with heart failure. It is the important index of diagnosing heart failure, and has excessive practical value.
