摘　　要：洛阳企业总体上对制造业信息化认知程度高、目标明确、需求迫切,但管理基础薄弱、资金投入低、人才匮乏等问题导致其总体应用水平不高。应加强行政协调和中介机构建设,与区域创新能力、城市信息化建设和高新产业发展相结合以提高洛阳制造业的信息化水平。Luoyang＇ s manufacturing industry has been growing with the development of China, and made great contribution to the economic development of our country. Generally speaking, Luoyang＇ s enterprises have a high cognitive degree, specific aim and urgent demand of manufacture information. But the problems of weak management bases, low capital investments and scanty talents result in low general application level. The combination of administration conciliation and agency construction with region innovation, city information construction and high-tech industry should be enhanced to upgrade the information level of Luoyang＇ s manufacture.
