活血潜阳颗粒对麻醉犬血压及血流动力学的影响

摘　　要：目的观察活血潜阳颗粒对麻醉犬血压及血流动力学的影响,并探讨其作用机制。方法应用麻醉比格犬,Powelab系统记录给药前后血压及血流动力学指标的变化。结果活血潜阳颗粒对麻醉犬收缩压、舒张压、左室内压最大上升速率(+dp/dtmax)及左室内压最大下降速率(-dp/dtmax)在一定剂量均有降低作用。结论活血潜阳颗粒可能通过降低外周阻力发挥降压作用,具有改善麻醉犬血流动力学的作用。Objective To study the influence of Huoxueqianyang Granule （HG） on index of blood pressure and hemodynamics in anaesthetized beagle dogs and to probe into the its mechanism. Methods The index of blood pressure and hemodynamics, heart rate was determined and calculated respectively by POWELAB systerm in the anaesthetized dogs pre - and post - treatment of HG. Results Systolic pressure and distolic pressure, average arterial blood pressure, left ventricle diastolic pressure and dp/dtmax were declined while the heart rate had no significant changes. Conclution PIG could dilate the periphery blood vessel and reduce its resistance.
