摘 要:以次磷酸钠为还原剂,Pd/C为催化剂,在超声波辐射作用下还原了几种芳香族硝基化合物,在20~60min的时间内,芳香胺的收率为90%~99%。以10mmol邻硝基甲苯为底物进行实验,获得的较优反应条件为:n(次磷酸钠):n(邻硝基甲苯)=3:1,催化剂50%Pd/C用量0·05g,溶剂50%乙醇溶液用量10mL,反应时间20min。在此条件下,邻甲基苯胺的收率达到98%。Several aromatic nitro - compounds were reduced to corresponding aromatic amines with sodium hypophosphite in the presence of catalyst Pd/C under ultrasonic irradiation. The yields of aromatic amines were 90% 99 % at reaction time 20 - 60 min. The optimum reaction conditions for o - nitrotoluene as reactant were obtained and those were n (sodium hypophosphite) : n (o - nitrotoluene) = 3: 1, the amount of catalyst 50% Pd/C 0.005 g/mmol o -nitrotoluene,50% ethanol solvent 10 mL, and reaction time 20 min. The yield of o -toluidine was up to 98 % under above conditions.
