摘 要:目的 探讨血管回声跟踪技术检测冠心病患者颈动脉弹性的价值。方法 应用血管回声跟踪技术测量30例冠心病患者和34例正常人双侧颈动脉弹性参数,包括压力应变弹性系数(Ep)、硬化度(β)和顺应性(AC),并进行对比分析。结果 冠心病组Ep、β较正常对照组明显增高(Ep:135.27±21.10对111.67±29.54,P〈0.01;B:10.18±1.26对9.07±1.95,P〈0.01),AC明显低于正常对照组(0.56±0.14对0.73±0.18,P〈0.05);IMT与Ep、β呈显著正相关性(r=0.415,r=0.620,P〈0.05),IMT与AC之间显著负相关性(r=-0.437,P〈0.05)。左右侧颈动脉参数差异无统计学意义。结论 血管回声跟踪技术可以准确评价冠心病患者颈动脉壁弹性功能。Objective To investigate the carotid arterial elasticity in patients with coronary artery disease(CAD). Methods A total of 64 cases were divided into two groups:normal control group(30cases), and CAD group(34cases). With the echo tracking technique, the quantitative parameters of pressure-strain elastic modulus(Ep), stiffness parameter (β), arterial compliance (AC) and intima-media thickness (IMT) were detected. Results Ep and β was significantly higher in CAD group than that of control group(Ep: 135.27±21.10 vs 111.67±29.54, P〈0. 01;β:10.18 ± 1.26 vs 9.07± 1.95, P 〈0.01,respectively), AC was lower than that of control group (0.56 ± 0.14 vs 0.73± 0.18, P 〈0.05). There were positive correlations between IMT and Ep, β ( r= 0. 415, r = 0.620, P 〈 0.05), there was negative correlation between IMT and AC (r = -0. 437, P〈0.05). Conclusions Echo tracking technique is a simple, high accuracy method to evaluate carotid elasticity in patients with CAD.
