丹参眼部电离子透入改善视网膜细胞功能的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察丹参眼部电离子透入改善视网膜细胞功能的疗效。方法应用DL-ZⅡ型直流感应电疗机,每眼用含4ml丹参注射液的眼垫覆盖眼后安机通电离透入,电流强度在1～20mA,治疗老年黄斑变性干性初发期100例(200只眼),每日1次,每次20min,连续14d一疗程。结果所有病例治疗后裸眼视力提高至少2行,矫正视力≥0.9者107只眼(53.5%),视敏度提高平均约8.0dB。结论丹参眼部电离子透入对改善视网膜细胞功能有较明显的疗效。Objective To observe the effect of therapy of iontophoresis with salvia miltorrihia improved the retinal cell function of eyes . Methods We use model DL-Z Ⅱ iontophoresis machine, put the eye pads cover two eyes which contains salvia miltorrihia injection 4ml per eye, then turn on the machine, current between 1 - 20mA. 100 cases （200 eyes） of nonexudative age-related macular degeneration （ early stages） received iontophoresis with salvia mihorrihia daily 20 minutes for 2 weeks. Results Naked visual acuity increased at least 2 low after treatment in all cases , 107 eyes （ 53. 5% ） had corrected visual acuity of 0.9 or better ,visual sensitivity increased average about 8.0 dB . Conclusion Significant effect of therapy of iontophoresis with salvia mihorrihia improved the retinal cell function of eyes .
