摘　　要：结合煤矿工业用电的需求,设计了基于Web的远程组态监控系统,介绍了各部分的功能和系统方案,完成了图形界面、数据采集处理系统、网络通信等模块的功能设计。整个系统人机对话方便简洁,系统构成灵活,具有较好的通用性和工程推广性。The Web - based remote monitoring and control configuration software is designed in order to fulfill the demand of coal electricity. The system function and frame is introduced. Graphics configuration software, data collection and manage system, Web communication module and so on are developed. Having friendly MMI, good flexibility, the whole system is worth to popularize.
