摘　　要：AM500采煤机故障征兆与故障原因间的隶属关系是模糊的,将模糊数学的方法引入采煤机故障诊断中,提出由历史数据及专家优序数综合确定模糊隶属度的方法,建立模糊诊断模型,并在计算机上实现AM500采煤机故障的模糊诊断。The subject relationship between the AM500 shearer malfunction omen and reason is fuzzy, therefore, draw fuzzy mathematic method into shearer malfunction diagnosis, bring forward setting up the fuzzy membership grade method which is based on the history data and expert preferential ordinal number, found the fuzzy diagnostic model, carry out the fuzzy diagnosis on AM500 shearer malfunction in computer.
