摘　　要：搞好矿区设备、设施循环利用,对于降低成本、提高经济效益、提高设备设施资源的综合利用率具有重要意义。依据循环经济理论,提出了矿区设备、设施循环利用机制,介绍了矿区设备、设施维修保养机制、技术改造机制、交换利用机制、层级利用机制和再制造机制,为矿区设备、设施管理和使用提供了可供借鉴的思路。It is very important to make good use of the recycle mechanism of equipment and establishment for the mining area to reduce costs, enhance economic efficiency and improve the use rate of equipment. Based on the recycle economic theory, puts forward the recycle mechanism of equipment and establishment, sets up the maintaining mechanism, technical alteration, exchange, the level of use, and remanufactured of the equipment and establishment in the mining area. A good thought for the equipment and establishment＇s management and using in the mining area is privided.
