摘　　要：预先镇痛是通过防止中枢敏感化来降低伤害性刺激引起的痛觉过敏和异常痛觉。本文主要阐述预先镇痛的机制、临床应用方法以及大量的实验研究。目前预先镇痛是否可以有效地缓解术后的急、慢性疼痛仍是一个值得争议的问题。The concept of preemptive analgesia is to decrease the incidence of hyperalgesia and allodynia by reducing central sensitization. This article summarizes the current knowledge of physiological mechanism, clinical methods and a series of experimental studies about preemptive analgesia. Whether preemptive analgesic interventions are effective in reducing acute and chronic postoperative pain remains controversial at present.
