镁合金无铬化学转化膜的研究进展

摘　　要：综述了国内外镁合金无铬化学转化膜研究现状,通过分析不同转化液的配方、主要处理工艺及相应转化膜的组成、结构、形貌、膜层的耐蚀性能,指出现有无铬转化技术存在的不足,并展望了无铬化学转化膜的未来发展趋势。The present status of chromium-free chemical conversion coatings of magnesium alloys is reviewed. The disadvantages of the existing chromium-free conversion technology are indicated by analyzing the different treatment solutions, the main processes and the composition, structure, morphology, corrosion resistance of the corresponding coatings. And the prospect of chromium-free chemical conversion coatings in future is analyzed.
