摘　　要：基于对我国城市人口规模预测中现存问题的分析,根据对预测本质特征的认识和理解,针对我国城市总体规划中的人口规模预测,提出了需要进行规范的四大方面及主要对策,分别是:界定基本概念、统一数据口径、进行多方案预测、表明预测依据。In order to regulate the urban population forecasting in the process of urban comprehensive plan-making in China, a national code for urban population forecasting is being worked. This paper analyzes the problems in the urban population forecasting and the characteristics of the forecasting. Suggestions are finally made in regulating the four aspects of the urban population forecasting including basic concepts, unified statistics standard, multiple schemes forecasting methods and forecasting foundations.
