济南市大型公共设施规划与实施初探

摘　　要：随着我国经济体制的转轨,在政府和各个部门缺乏统一政策的情况下,城市大型公共设施的规划和实施产生了一系列问题,严重影响了大型公共设施的建设。本文通过对济南市大型公共设施的现状、规划与实施的分析和探讨,有针对性地提出了大型公共设施规划和实施的建议。With the economic transition of China, Ji＇nan confronts conflicts and problems in the planning and implementation of public facilities on the condition that there is no unified planning policies and measure among governmental departments. This paper, by analyzing the current situations, planning, construction and implementation of the large public facilities, presents pertinent proposals on the construction of public facilities.
