摘　　要：文章以自主创新的大企业为背景,分析了我国大企业研发组织体系的现状,提出了自主创新大企业研发组织体系的结构模式,同时,对研究与开发之间、研发机构与企业内部职能部门之间以及主机企业与配套企业研发之间的界面协调进行了研究。With big enterprises of autonomous innovation being the background, the paper analyses the status quo of research and development organization system of big enterprises in China, advancing the structural mode of the research and development organization system of the big enterprises of autonomous innovation. Simultaneously, studies are carried on the interface co-ordination between research ＆ development, between research and development and internal functioning departments of enterprises as well as the interface co-ordination between research and development of system enterprise and associated enterprise.
