独立学院发展的内外动因与基本特征分析

摘　　要：独立学院的发展有着其时代背景和内在动因,其发展可以分为两个阶段:积极探索阶段和规范管理阶段。独立学院在发展过程中有以下几个特征:发展模式呈现多样化;空间布局呈现非均衡性;投资呈现多渠道;办学运作机制民营化。Development of the independent college has its era background and inner driving forces, which can be divided into two stages： stage of active probe and stage of standardized management. The independent college shows the following characteristics in the course of development： diversifications of its development model ; non-equilibrium of its spatial location ; multiple channels of the investment; and privatization of its operating mechanism to run schools.
