摘 要:研究重金属铊对生菜(Lactuca sativa)和芥菜(Brassica juncea)生长的影响及幼苗叶绿素及可溶性糖含量的变化规律,初步比较了铊和铅在两种蔬菜间的吸收差异.结果表明:铊浓度0.01-2.00mg·L^-1范围内,铊胁迫未对生菜和芥菜种子发芽率产生显著影响,但0.50mg·L^-1以上浓度会明显抑制胚根伸长;铊浓度高于1.00mg·L^-1时,生菜和芥菜叶绿素与可溶性糖含量随铊浓度的升高而下降;铊比铅更易被植物吸收,生菜吸收铊能力强于芥菜.It is studied that the effects of thallium on the seed growth, content changes of chlorophyll and soluble sugar of lettuce and mustard. The different absorbed abilities on Tl and Pb between lettuce and mustard had also been researched. The results showed that the concentration of thallium at 0.01 -2. 00 mg · L^-1 had no remarkable influence on seed germination of lettuce and mustard, but the concentration at 0. 50 - 2. 00 mg· L^-1 had significant inhibitory effects on seed roots, which would be weak gradually. Along with the increase of the thallium concentration above 1.00 mg · L^-1 , the contents of chlorophyll and soluble sugar of lettuce and mustard were restrained. Lettuce absorbed thallium much easier than mustard. We also found that plant preferred 33 to Pb.
