摘 要:采用一套有效容积为20L的IC反应器,接种啤酒废水厌氧处理池污泥,保持反应器进水NH4^+-N浓度为120 mg/L,NO2^--N浓度为150 mg/L,在温度为30±1℃的条件下,对ANAMMOX反应过程的启动和运行特性进行了研究。结果表明:反应器的启动经历了污泥低负荷驯化期、负荷提高期和高负荷运行期3个阶段;在反应器运行到第130 d,反应器启动成功;NH4^+-N和NO2^--N的去除率分别约82.1%和94.5%;去除的NH4^+-N和NO2^--N及生成的NO3^--N三者之间的比值为1∶1.16∶0.3;在反应器中形成了粒径为1-2mm的颗粒污泥。The characteristics of start - up and operation of IC reactor for ANAMMOX, which had an effective volume of 20 L and was fed with anaerobic sludge from a beer plant, was studied at the temperature of 30 ± 1 ℃. The influent concentrations of NH4^+ - N and NO2^ -- N were kept at 120 mg/L and 150 mg/L respectively. The results showed that after the phases of acclimation, load increase and steady function in turn, the ANAMMOX IC reactor could be started - up successfully on the 130^th day. The removal rates of NH4^+ - N and NO3^ --N were about 82.1% and 94.5% respectively. the average ratio of removed NH4^+ - N, removed NO2^- - N and produced NO3^- - N was 1 : 1.16:0.3 .granular sludge with 1 - 2 mm diameter were shaped in the reactor.
