“狮马龙”活络油抗炎作用的药效学研究

摘　　要：目的:考察“狮马龙”活络油对小鼠二甲苯所致耳肿胀的对抗作用,及大鼠由角叉菜胶所致的足跖肿胀的抑制作用,为该制剂治疗跌打损伤瘀血水肿的功能提供药效学依据。方法:采用二甲苯涂抹小鼠耳面,致使毛细血管渗出导致耳肿胀的实验方法和角叉菜胶注射大鼠足跖部位致炎方法,观察“狮马龙”活络油对大鼠足跖肿的抑制作用和“狮马龙”活络油对二甲苯耳肿胀的对抗作用。结果:“狮马龙”活络油以1mL/kg剂量涂抹小鼠耳面,能显著对抗二甲苯所致的小鼠耳肿胀,与大豆油对照组比较有显著性差别“狮马龙”;活络油能显著抑制大鼠角叉菜胶所致的足跖肿胀。结论:“狮马龙”活络油能抑制二甲苯所致的小鼠耳肿胀及活络油能显著抑制大鼠角叉菜胶所致的足跖肿胀,这一作用可能是该制剂化瘀消肿,治疗跌打损伤的药理学基础。Objective ： To observe the role ofShi Ma Long activating collaterals medicated oil on treating ear swelling in mice caused by Dimethylbenzene and inhibiting the foot swelling caused by Carrageenan. To provide experimental data about the pharmacological effect of Shi Ma Long activating collaterals medicated oil. Methods ： Firstly, mice ears were smeared by Dimethylbenzene and mice feet were smeared by Carrageenan, which led to ears and feet swelling. Secondly, Shi Ma Long activating collaterals medicated oil was smeared to the swelling part and then observed the change of swelling parts. Results ： Shi Ma Long activating collaterals medicated oil smeared on the swelling part with the dose of 1ml/kg was against the swelling obviously and there was significant difference, compared with control group which the bean oil was smeared on the swelling paris.Conclusion ： Shi Ma Long activating collaterals medicated oil inhibited the swelling caused by Dimethylbenzene and Carrageenan which was the base of pharmacological effect of Shi Ma Long activating collaterals medicated oil.
