摘  要:目的:通过观察针刺对神经症大鼠中枢内5-HT表达水平的影响和对神经细胞超微结构的影响寻找针刺治疗神经症的证据。方法:通过手术造模的方法,建立神经症大鼠模型。采用旷场实验法进行行为测试、免疫组化法检测5-HT和电镜的方法观察神经症大鼠神经细胞的超微结构。结果:行为测试证实模型建立成功。手术造模导致其中枢内5-HT水平提升而针刺方法能够调整5-HT水平。电镜显示电针对神经细胞正常结构的恢复有一定的作用。Objective : To observe the influence of electro-acupuncture on the nucleus raphes dorsalis with ultramicroscopic structure change and serotonin ( 5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT ) level in neurosal rats.Methods: The Open-field Test was taken after the model was established through operation. Then the 5-HT level of nucleus raphes dorsalis was tested by immuno-histochemical method. The ultramicro scopic structure was displayed by electron microscope ( EM ) .Results : It shows model was established succussfully which was proved loy the behavior test.The method of model operation could increase the level of 5-HT and the electro-acupuncture could affect the level of 5-HT.The ultramicro scopic structure shows electroacupuncture could protect the neuron which might be the possible mechanism that acupuncture cure the neurosis.
