摘 要:以凹凸棒石矿物为原料,通过酸碱复合改性,再经造粒、热处理后制备了印染废水颗粒脱色材料。分析了脱色材料的制备机理,研究了颗粒脱色材料的重复使用方法。结果表明:酸活化后的碱中和作用是材料制备的关键工艺,碱中和使酸活化后原料中溶出的大量的不同种类金属离子,特别是具有化学絮凝作用的Fe3+,Al3+,Mg2+,沉淀后重新返回脱色材料中,使脱色材料具备优异的化学絮凝作用;处理过印染废水的脱色材料经饱和硫酸铵[(NH4)2SO4]溶液浸泡10min,再经300℃煅烧10min后,可重复使用15次以上。A granular decolorizing material for printing and dyeing wastewater was prepared from palygorskite as the raw material by means of acid activation, base neutralization, granulation and heat treatment and using. The decolorization mechanism of the material and the reactivation of the material were studied. The results show that base neutralization following acid activation is the key step of the whole technological process. This makes many kinds of metal ions, especially Fe^3+, Al^3+, and Mg^2+, which have chemical flocculation decolorization for printing and dyeing wastewater, precipitate and return to the material, and causes the material to have excellent chemical flocculation. Treated with saturated (NH4)2SO4 solution for 10 min, and then calcined at 300℃ for 10 min, the used decolorizing material can be reused more than 15 times.
