摘  要:目的:研究腋臭患者腋窝顶泌汗腺的形态学结构,探讨顶泌汗腺的分泌周期和影响腋臭发病的因素。方法:用光学显微镜、透射电子显微镜观察20例腋臭患者腋窝顶泌汗腺显微、超微结构,并分析性别、年龄、季节等发病因素与气味强度之间的关系。结果:光学显微镜下12例腋臭患者顶泌汗腺呈现分泌高峰期,8例呈现分泌低谷期;透射电镜下12例腋臭患者顶泌汗腺细胞整体形态显示典型的分泌上皮细胞特征,8例顶泌汗腺细胞未显示典型上皮细胞特征;气味强度可能因年龄、季节的不同而有所不同。结论:腋臭患者顶泌汗腺有一定的分泌周期,该特征对腋臭的临床治疗有一定的价值。Objective: To investigate the morphologic feature of human apocrine sweat glands in axillae of osmidrosis patients, in order to discuss the secretory periods and the causes for the occurrence of osmidrosis. Methods: Optics and electron microscope were used to observe the microstructure and ultrastructure of human apocrine sweat glands in axillae from 20 osmidrosis patients, and then discuss the relations between different gender, age, seasons and odor intensity. Results: Under the optics microscope,12 cases presented high peak stage and 8 cases presented low valley stage. Under the electron microscope, typical features of secretory epithelial cells were shown in 12 cases. The odor intensity maybe change according to the age and season. Conclusion: There were secretory periods in the human apocrine sweat glands. It is valuable for researching the treatment of osmidrosis.
