摘 要:将表面活性剂辅助提取与微波辅助提取技术相结合用于提取虎杖色素,并对这种新的提取工艺进行了研究.研究结果表明:利用表面活性剂协同微波提取技术,通过优化工艺条件,可以大幅缩短提取时间和提高提取率,该法的优化条件为:原料为2 g虎杖干粉,提取剂为0.03%AEO-60%乙醇水溶液,提取剂用量为100 mL,微波功率为800 W,提取时间为0.0694 h,提取次数为2次,与溶剂浸提取法和索氏提取法相比,每次提取时间分别由24 h和2 h减小为0.0694 h,提取率分别从77.2%和61.8%增加到98.9%.The surfactant assisted extraction (SAE) was integrated with microwave assisted extraction (MAE) to extract a kind of pigment from Polygonum Cusdidotum Steb. et Zucc (PCSZ). The investigation on the new method for extracting the pigment was done. Results showed that the extraction rate was increased and the extraction time was reduced greatly when SAE and MAE were united into one process by optimizating the condi- tions of pigment extraction. The optimum extraction conditions of the method were PCSZ being 2 g, extractant being 0. 03 % AEO - 60% alcohol solution, extractant volume being 100 mL, microwave power being 800 W, extraction time being 0. 0694 h, and the extraction performing times being 2. Compared with the traditional solvent leaching or the soxhlet method, the developed one reduced the extraction time from 24 h or 2 h to 0. 0694 h, and increased the extraction rate from 77.2 % or 61.8 % to 98.9 % respectively.
