摘 要:以硅酸乙酯和氧氯化锆为先驱体,用乙醇为溶剂,采用溶胶——凝胶法于室温下在Al2O3基体上制备了ZrO2/SiO2无机复合膜.重点考察了涂膜温度、ZrOCl2摩尔百分含量、溶胶浓度及添加剂对膜性能的影响.结果表明:在较高的温度下涂膜可以提高膜的性能;ZrOCl2的存在对渗透比的影响不大,但能够提高溶胶的交联度,从而提高制膜效率,同时也有利于渗透通量的提高;采用浓溶胶和稀溶胶结合的方式涂膜不但可以提高制膜效率,还可以提高膜的性能.添加剂TEABr能够均化膜孔径,提高膜的性能.ZrO2/SiO2 inorganic composite membranes were prepared by Sol -Gel method using TEOS and ZrOCl28H2O as the precursors. The effects of coating temperature, the molar amount of ZrOCl2 , the concentrations of Sol and additive on the performance of membranes were systematically analyzed. Results show that coating on the higher temperature can improve the performance of membranes ; the effects of the molar amounts of ZrOCl2 on the osmosis ratio of ZrO2/SiO2inorganic composite membranes are not important, but increasing the molar amounts of ZrOCl2 makes gel content become high, so it can improve coating efficiency. At the same time, it is good to improve the permeation flux too; coating membranes with the combination of concentrated sol and diluted sol not only improves coating efficiency, but also improves the performance of membranes; In addition, the additives TEABr can both make the pore of membranes average and improve the performance of ZrO2/SiO2 inorganic composite membranes.
