摘 要:目的探讨高分辨磁共振成像(HR-MRI)技术在显示胸壁结构及病变中的应用。方法44例胸膜病变的患者行常规T1WI、T2WI及HR-MRI T1WI平扫,再行T1WI及HR-MRI T1WI增强扫描。对HR-MRI T1WI与常规T1WI的图像质量(胸壁结构显示清晰度、对比噪声比及信号强度对比度)进行比较。结果在胸壁结构显示清晰度评分达到3分,平扫时HR-MRI T1WI和常规T1WI分别为68%,45%。增强时分别为90%,63%(P<0.05)。其中20例平扫与增强时HR-MRI T1WI的对比噪音比和信号强度对比绝对平均值均高于常规T1WI(P<0.05)。结论HR-T1WI具有较高图像空间分辨力及信噪比,可作为胸壁病变检查常规扫描的重要补充序列。Objective To explore the role of HR - MRI T1WI technique in displaying chest wall structure and pleural disease. Methods 44 patients with pleural disease were examined with T1WI,T1WI,HR - MRI T1WI,HR - MRI T1WI and T1WI MR contrast - enhancement scanning. The image quality including clearness, contrast to noise ratio ( CNR ) and signal to intensity ratio ( SIR ) of HR - MRI T1WI and T1WI scan in the diagnosis of pleural disease were compared. Results Compared with T1WI,in showing chest wall structure by HR - MRI T1 WI sequence was clearer than that of the T1 WI sequence (P 〈 0.05 ). Moreover, the absolute values of CNR and SIR of HR - MRI images of 20 pleural lesions were all higher than that of routine MRI ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion HR - MRI T1WI is of high spatial resolution and CNR,so it can be applied in the diagnosis of pleural disease as a supplementary method for routine MRI.
