摘  要:在软件开发的整个过程中,需要对各个阶段进行评估、分析、改进,它们是一个不断循环的过程。即软件过程改进贯穿于软件开发的始终。如何对软件过程进行度量、度量元是什么,已经成为当前国内外研究的热点。对当前国内许多机构开展的质量管理体系认证模型进行研究,提出了一种基于CMMI的6软件度量框架,在此基础上分析了软件过程改进和评估中的关键问题。通过对软件过程的改进,从而提高软件产品质量和提升软件开发效率。During the whole process in software development, every step and process need to be appraised, analyzed, improved, which exist in a circulation process. That is to say, software process improvement across the whole way in the software development. Nowadays, how to measure the software process, and which is measure element in software process, which have become the hot area in IT industry around the world. Research on the model of quality management system identification, at the same time, a framework of six-sigma (6σ) software measurement is described, and the critical aspects in software improvement and appraisal is analyzed. By means of software process improvement, IT industry is able to improve the software product quality and promote the software development efficiency.
