摘　　要：通过对加速寿命试验的研究,进一步深入探讨了符合实际试验条件的非恒定应力下的加速寿命试验的过程,提出了其加速寿命试验模型和数据处理方法,借助软件完成了对非恒定应力加速寿命试验的寿命-应力模型的建立和寿命数据的处理及优化。并通过了某电加热器的实例验证了此模型和计算的合理有效。By the research of accelerated life test, we deeply study the process of non-coustant stress accelerated life test which conformed to the practical test condition and finish the establishment of life-stress model and the disposal of the test data by software. We use the model and the program to calculate the reliability parameter of the electronic heater to validate its effectiveness and efficiency.
