摘　　要：随着CAD技术应用的日趋广泛,数据交换频繁发生,同时CAD模型成为传递数据的主要方式。在此基础上,对目前几种常用格式(STEP及IGES等)进行比较,结合UG NX 3.0分析如何在数据交换中避免破面以及对破面的修补,并且针对某些CAD软件间数据不能直接转换的问题提出两种解决方案。With the more and more popular application of CAD technology, the need of data exchange is also increasing, and the way of exchanging data by CAD model is widely used. By focusing on the probloms occurred in data exchange among various CAD systems, this paper contrasts several formats （IGES and STEP etc. ）, which are often used now. The paper uses Unigraphics NX 3.0 in illustration of the problem how to avoid and repair the surface breakage of model, and puts forward two solutions to the problem CAD data can＇t exchange between some CAD systems.
