摘　　要：针对8台数控机床(4台华中世纪星数控车床,4台华中数控铣床)构建工业局域网,确定了网络的层次结构,确定了网络的物理连接方式、连接协议及主控计算机界面设计。本文重点介绍了一种基于以太网的异构数控系统联网方案,还介绍了数控机床联网后进行统一管理所需的网络及数据库支撑环境,并且用Visual Basic开发了上位计算机的通信界面。This article has constructed the industrial LAN according to 8 numerical control Machines （including 4 numerical control lathes, 4 numerical control milling machines）, which has confirmed the hierarchical structure of the network and the physical connection of the network, the connect protocol of the network and the designing of the top management inte^ace. This article introduces one scheme of isomeric numerical control system based on Ethernet, and also introduces networking and database back-up Environment which is needed in unison managing of the numerical control machines. Besides, it develops the communication interface on computer through the Visual Basic.
