摘  要:采用好氧、厌氧交替运行的污水处理厂的活性污泥处理内分泌干扰物17β-雌二醇(E2),分别考察了好氧和厌氧条件下,污泥对E2及其降解中间产物——雌酮(E1)的去除效果,同时考察了污泥混合液中碳源和氮源对E2降解的影响。结果表明,在好氧条件下,活性污泥对E2、E1均有很好的降解效果,E2的未检出时间均在70 min左右,E1的未检出时间均在110 min左右,添加碳源和氮源对E2的降解速率无显著影响。厌氧污泥对E2和E1的降解速率远小于好氧活性污泥的,添加碳源对E2、E1的降解有一定的抑制作用,而添加氮源可以促进对E1的降解,但对E2降解的影响较小。好氧条件下活性污泥对E2的降解符合一级反应动力学方程;厌氧条件下,特别是有NO3--N存在的条件下,污泥对E2的降解不符合一级反应动力学。Batch degradation experiments were performed to study the degradation benhavior of 17- β estradiol (E2) and its biodegradation product of estrone (E1) under alternating aerobic and anaerobic conditions. The effects of carbon source and nitrogen sources in sludge liquor on the E2 degradation were also investigated. The results show that: (1) Under aerobic degradation capability for E2 and its byproduct E1. E2 and min after operation, respectively, and the addition of carbon influence on the degradation rate of E2. (2) The degradation conditions, activated sludge exhibits strong E1 can be detected before 70 min and 110 and nitrogen sources does not have apparent rates of E2 and E1 by anaerobic sludge are significandy less than that by aerobic sludge. The addition of carbon source (glucose) has an inhibiting function of E2 and E1 degradation. The addition of nitrogen source can promote E1 degradation but does not affect E2 degradation. (3) Under aerobic conditions, the degradation of E2 by activated sludge follows the first-order reaction kinetics. However, under anaerobic conditions, especially in the presence of NO3^- - N, the degradation of E2 does not follow the first-order reaction kinetics.
