摘　　要：将《建设项目经济评价方法与参数》第三版中有关土地影子价格的一些内容与《中华人民共和国土地管理法》进行了对照,指出其中存在的一些与法律、法规不相符的情况,并提出了修改建议。In this paper, ＂Land Administration Law of the People＇s Republic of China＂ have been compared with some contents about land shadow price in the Economic Evaluation Methods and Parameters for Construction Project （3rd edition） . Several issues which are not according to law and statutes, of existence among them, have been pointed out. There are also some recommendations for rectifying and reforming.
