非手术综合疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察非手术综合疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效。方法:对51例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为2组,A组33例采用玻璃酸钠关节内注射,运动疗法,盘龙七片中成药口服等综合疗法治疗,B组18例单纯采用非甾体消炎止痛药口服治疗,观察治疗前后病人的疼痛,膝关节活动情况。6～12月内观察疗效。结果:随访中A组膝关节症状缓解改善明显高于B组。A组优28例,良4,可1例,B组优1例,良3例,可10例,差4例。结论:综合疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎能够改善关节功能,减轻疼痛,缓解症状,提高了患者的生活质量,是非手术治疗膝骨关节炎的理想方法。Objective：To observe the therapeutic effiect of non--operational synthetical treatment of Knee osteoarthritis. Methods：Fifty-one cases of Knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into two groups. AThirty-three cases in grooup A were treated with Sodium Hyalironate （SH） intraarticular injection, Sport treatment, Panlongqipian TCM therapy, etc. Eighteen cases in groups B were treated with NSAIDs per oral. Data of pain and ability of movement for all patients were collected before and after treatments. Follow-up was carried out during the 6 to 12 months. Results：During the following -up group A is better in syptom,pain,and functions than those in group B. Group A showed , excellent in 28. good in 4, and fair in 1 ; group B showed excellent in 1,good in 3, and fair in 10, bad in 4. Conclusion ：Synthetical treatment of knee osteoarthritis can improve the function of joint, relieve pains and symptom, raise life quality of the patents, which is an nonoperational treatment of Knee osteoarthritis ideal procedure.
